I m heading to the above places. Any idea if these places sell Rolex Cheaply? I been told Dubai sell cheap branded stuff.

no, no and no. seriously, india is not a place for imported goods (high tax), saudi although, they are rich, the market for rolex pricewise is still high.

as for france, can buy, but do your homework and claim your VAT
