Definitely Seoul, so much to sighseeing, shopping and fun!!!! do check out the clubs over there as well :-)

seoul neighborhoods have a facelife every 6 months or so with high turnover of merchants, bars, etc. hard to tell what is "in" these days. best is to check out 10mag.com to see what they recommend socially.
