I have been to both cities many times, and my personal preference is Paris. I think the food in Paris is nicer, the city is more beautiful than London, the attractions/museums/places of interests are better (compare Louvre to the National Gallery, Eiffel vs Big Ben, etc), and better weather.

Paris is a melting pot of culture from various parts of the world. London to me is more cosmopolitan and commercialised

There is a Bucherer in Paris. I find them reliable than those boutique watches shop. And variety more as well

Travel for study

I will have travel because I am going to abroad for study.
