2nd ending after credit got purpose. Thor should not stay on Earth because trouble is brewing up there. I think that's also one reason we will get to Avengers 2 then 3.

wait we still have to get through Guardians of the Galaxy. That's where Benicio Del Toro character kick on.. and the third stone.

If Thor 2 is so -so.. then Captain America 2 will not look too good as given his character, righteous and etc. It's gonna be a yawn.

But I love it Thor 2!
