yes, tried the one in HK IFC Mall, totally cannot make it, think our dim sum in Chinatown taste much better.

one word: underwhelming
went when the hype died down and i can't imagine this is considered good dim sum. its merely passable.
the problem is i believe good dim sum is delicate and aesthetically pleasing. not to mention the special burst of flavor in the mouth.
tim how wan's dim was lacking in these three areas and it could have been forgiven if it didn't go for premium pricing. i recommend people pay slightly more and opt for far better restaurants

Still prefer the push-cart style dim-sum.
