Yes, I too love Salt Grill @ ION.. It's a great place with a fantastic view.. BUT the several times I've been there, the food disappointed. So, let me introduce the best place (IMHO) for Italian food with a nice warm feel...

Check out Rubato Italian Restaurant at 12 Greenwood Ave. It's simply fantastic. And it's not expensive at all. Price is subjective but if it's just food, no alcohol, it's worth to feast there! And yes, I often eat there. As usual, the burrata cheese is superb, love their lamb rack, seafood spaghetti.. List goes on. It's a really great place. Won't regret. Ok, maybe can regret sometimes if it's over-crowded like a festive weekend or something. Cos good service staff are hard to come by. But maybe the economy hasn't been great, last few times I visited, the crowd was just nice. Feels like home. Must visit asap if u haven't!
