Been there twice in the day during weekend, soaked in foamy jacuzzi...you may ask for bucket beer promotion..
Over all rating, things in sentosa never cheap..

this is so subjective .. it's like asking what's the best watch. seems like ts seeking a waitress bar, in which case boat quay is not the place to go .. not anymore at least - it's glory days are over. frankly, so many waitress bars in sg, plus the girls change every other month ..
