The line is definitely a must try but if you want something that is more classy, can try Brasserie Les Saveurs at St. Regis. It's a half buffet so you have choice of one main course and a smaller buffet spread that includes appetizers and desserts and soups. Ambiance is definitely very classy when I last visited

IMO best buffet is the sunday champagne brunch in at 333 Mandarin Orchard hotel. Now i usually dine at Marriott using Amex card got 1 for 1.

Oscars at Concord Hotel has the best buffet within its price point in Singapore IMHO.

Prego's Sunday brunch buffet is also excellent.
