Hi everyone ! I alway love a good think juicy satay, it just bring back memories when i was young and going out to eat satay with my parents at the satay club along the E. Walk.
Now only at satay place at Lao Pat Sak goy many stalls. Could anyone knew which stall at the satay club is good or any other olace in singapore ?
Thank you !
I patronise the one nearest the middle walkway that cuts through - I think it is stall 8 or 9. Anyway, always try one stick before ordering.....some of them sell minced meat satay.....

Allo Allo keke I wonder if some of us still remember the old Satay Club at E. Walk in the 70's ? It was a place for family outing, way back then before any super shopping mall and Sentosa was then known as Pulau Hantu ( citation needed ). War was still on the Vietam soil .
I remember those day the Malay stall owner would just bring a hand full of satays to your table and after your meal they would just count how many sticks you have eaten. You just pay for the numbers of stick you have eaten.
I remember i ask my dad what if there are some jokers after a satay meal, they break and dump the sticks away and end up paying less ? My PaPa gave me a long lecture on bread and butter ! Till today it still rings in my head ! He said " Ah Hoe ! everyone is making a hard living to feed their parents, childrens and the sick ones, IF YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU THEN DONT EVER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS !!! "
Thanks bros for your valuable tips on wonderfull Satay palaces !!!!

the hawker centre located in Alexandra Village called Punggol Satay
I like the one @ the hawker centre located in Alexandra Village called Punggol Satay. Sorry cant remember the stall no. but they are located at the centre row of the hawker centre. They still uses charcoal to grill their satay and the satay sauce still comes with squash pineapple which you will not find anymore with a lot of satay outlets. They even give you free sauce refill if you run out.
