Nice Fried Rice

I remember at younger days, there are more fried rice stalls.

Now I cannot recall any except those with zi char stalls.

Anyone come across a nice fried rice stall?

You guys should try the crab meat fried rice in raffles hotel. Very nice with alot of pork lard but it cost $22.00 per plate.

Well, I just tried it last weekend, was quite nice but the (fats) could be too overwhelming for some?
Tried the fried hokkien mee as well, not bad...tasty & full of seafood.
Seems like they serve quite a wide variety of food ranging from Chinese to western food...notice quite a lot if people ordered the Angus ribeye steak.....however be prepare to wait for your food.

Wait for food is due to not enough tables or food takes too long to cook?

as long as i am not left to stand in a queue i dont mind so much. but ask me to queue, and i will not bother. unlike those people who go to old airport road and wait for the 豆花.

Recently revisited ding tai feng and ordered their fried rice.
Not bad but not ultimate .
I give it 7.5/10

Today I went new ubin seafood. Ordered chilli crabs, salted egg squid etc.
Fried rice included.
I give the fried rice 5/10.

Chen Fu Ji at Sun tech used to serve olive fried rice sprinkled w silver fish, super yummy. But now they stopped, sian.
