go on weekday only. weekend they v bz, anyhow fried.

i hate those fried rice that use fake pork meat. or keep reusing the oil, untill got a bad smell.

Hmmm.. weekday not convenient for me to go there. Will still try though. Fake pork meat? As in fake char siew?

I think most of the Chinese restaurant like din tai Feng, crystal jade, canton paradise offers nice fried rice. One of the better one in my opinion is perhaps lei garden at chimes.

Crystal jade not as nice as din tai fung for me.. tried and tested. My mom thinks so too.
How much is a serving of fried rice at lei garden? Yet to try there..

theres a beef fried rice fried in the roasted beef oil at sin min... pretty pricey but very shiok..

another fav is at ION imperial treasure noodle and congee house. the fried rice there is pretty awesome too

Just tried a stall at Blk 7 Empress Road market.... call "Poh" his fried rice is very good ! Comes with transparent & crunchy prawns ! Hong Kong Standard ! $4 cheap and good man ! Was featured in ZHU CAO LAI LO !

"POH" is specialised in Hor Fan so his hor fan is very good ! Be it dry or with egg gravy ..... cheap and good at $4 bucks only !
Sunday is his rest day !

I am a sucker for fried rice. One of the best I have is from Crystal Jade (La Mian Xiao Long Bao) XO fried rice.
Another one which serves very unique fried rice is located at blk 740 Lucky restaurant. It is a cze char eatery place with very very reasonable prices.

Go for sambal fried rice if you are a spicy lover.

I remember at younger days, there are more fried rice stalls.

Now I cannot recall any except those with zi char stalls.
