    I personally really enjoy a good meal at Boon Tong Kee at amk.

    Their steamed chicken is really succulent and it goes really well with the fried tofu

    For Roasted Chicken Rice
    Katong Shopping Centre Basement coffeeshop.

    For Fried Chicken Wings Rice (fried wings)
    Hainese Chicken Rice @ Toa Payoh Lor 5 Hawker Centre (expect long queue n opens at 6pm)

    It's TFF, photos taken during their walk about & nothing to do with its chicken rice, just trying hard with publicity. Anyway, who cares who's photo they display, everyone has different taste. See below for my opinions for good chicken rice.

    PS imo: Good white chicken rice - Skin is springy, the whole thigh portion you can still see the gelatin(jelly like)beneath the skin.
    Beat way to eat - With the bone & skin intact, de-bone will only make the meat soggy.
    If happen to be around, there is 1 at Chinatown complex beside satay stall, cheap n good, $18/bird, I eat half a bird every Saturday, you might not eat others after trying this unknown stall.
