I have not tried the muffins myself but I always see a queue snaking from this muffin stall when I go there for the fried chai tau kueh on the weekend mornings. Toa Payoh West Mkt and FC, 2nd Storey, Lorong 1 Toa Payoh.

Choc N Spice at Shunfu mart is a MUST-TRY. Love their cheese muffin.
