havelock is ya hua. they have another branch near tanjong pagar mrt that area (near the warehouse). This branch opens in the day while the one at havelock opens in the night.

havelock one at night can see pros de orh.

I usually going there aft midnite on weekend , they start at 1730 hrs - 0400 hrs if i not wrong.
