havelock is ya hua. they have another branch near tanjong pagar mrt that area (near the warehouse). This branch opens in the day while the one at havelock opens in the night.

havelock one at night can see pros de orh.

i normally get in sg, and pack in my bags go back oz

it taste as good as those in the well known stall... tis is one local food tht at home also can achieve not bad result
