Personally I prefer the chinese mutton soup. My all time favourite was the one at Beach Road market. But they since shifted and I couldnt locate where they are now. Sob Sob Sob.....
Another one that I like is the one at Upp Bt Timah old hawker centre. 2nd floor nearer to the back. Not as nice as the one at Beach Rd but make-can-do lah.
The Indian Muslim mutton soup is kinda oily and spicy. But i still like and I wouldnt compare the Chinese type with the Indian Muslim type as I reckon both are really different.
