Personally I am a sucker for deep fried boneless chicken thigh. (炸鸡腿排)As was stationed in Taiwan for awhile.
Locally If I were to rank them 炸鸡大狮 at B2 NEX is the best ! Juicy and tender inside & crispy on the outside ! No sauce no favouring powder.Followed by 我爱å°å¦¹ love their deep fried charcoal grill chop(Bishan Junction 8 basement),next come 豪大 abit too dry for me.
