Consideration in priorities for a 'buy',

    1. Interesting time-telling modus, functions, design.
    2. Movements.
    3. Price.
    4. Brands.

    Sticking to Swiss is boring

Bro Triton, you have a quartz watch that tells time the anticlockwise way?
Which brand and $$ pls? i'm interested. PM me?
    Thank you.

For me... I must like the watch. Regardless of make/movement. And also must have some sort of meaning (for the watch) when i buy the watch.

If I go for make... I wouldn't have paid 3k+ for a Chinese (with own in-house movement) watch. When I told my friends, they all say I'm nuts. Anyway... if you ask me, I'd prefer that watch to my Explorer II (but not GMT and Sub LV).

Also own a Russian watch which I bought on impulse. Just liked it when I saw it, and bought it.

Actually, I seldom think about resale value when I make a purchase. But that also means I have little expectations in terms of returns. Easier that way... life's short, play hard. Of cos must work hard also lah...

Bro Triton, a rather unique piece u have there.

For me, my considerations would be:
          1. Liking, i.e love at 1st sight.
          2. then movement.

          I got a liking for Swiss/German watches.
