defnitely a 40mm for a good fit as i have a terribly small wrist(6"),

however im constantly looking at pam 44mm models because they are just too sexy...

A lot depends on your wrist size (and shape), as well as the watch design. A dress watch should be 36-39mm for me, and a sports watch about 39-40mm. If I'd had larger wrists, 44mm would be the max.

For PAM the bigger is the better one

No smaller than 42mm for me....44 to 46 seems to be the best for me.
