I wear between 34mm to 44mm. My 34mm is my 6694. My 36mm is my Day-Date. My 40mm are my sub-date and nd. My 44mm were my DSSD and Pam176. My favourite size is 40mm for steel watches and 36mm for gold watches.

Well for sport watch preferably 42-46mm, a classic or dress watch should be around 40-42mm.

Preference is 40mm to 42mm. My wrist is quite small so I wear my 40mm sub daily.

Actually a lot of women wear 40mm Rolex sports or 40mm PAMs like
Pam240 or 244 or 42mm PAMs. And they look on them too.

Due to my puny wrist, i can only wear 36-42mm. Anything more will looklike a clock on my wrist. Sad leh cos some of the nice models are generally >=42

40mm has always been recognized as the max size that a timepiece should be. Anything bigger can't be taken seriously. Or say so some watch aficionados
