Was at WOS Paragon yesterday see see look look..the SA told me if want to use this Citibank Promo..have to buy at retail price..no discount for any watch..

That's right..when THG had the DBS rebate deal..my regular SA still offered me the usual discounts..he say the rebate is from the bank..nothing to do with THG so discount still give..

WOS not really discount at all. The free 4 months waiver is so much less than shop discount. I was looking for a ball engineering for ladies. The retail price is $2200, After 4 months waiver, total amount payable is ard 1.9k. The sales person gave me a 20%+5% shop discount which adds up to ard $1.7k. That same week, I saw the same model at Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit area. They do not give any discount except zero GST and the final price is ard $1.6k. I find that the duty free shop at Changi Airport prices is really cheaper but they only have limited brand and offer. And of course not accessible unless you travel.

Good deal? Watches of Switzerland citibank

Dear all,

Watches of Switzerland is currently having a citibank credit card promo, 0% interest installment for 12/24/36 months with installment waiver of 1/3/4 months respectively. Upon reading T&C, I realise this is not valid for nett price/promo/discounted watches.

Do you all think it's a good deal?

Need to see the actual nett price of specific model after the taking out the free xx month instalment.

Mathematically the 3 out of 24 months works out to be 12.5% discount, better than the 1 of 12 and 4 of 36 one.
