Well that's what the uncle SA at Paragon told me..he wasn't even keen on telling me there's such a promo till I ask for it..instead he gave me a couple more % discount than normal to entice me to buy..but still less than what I get from my regular SA..

Tot can get the rebate on top of their discount..i sure hoot on the spot!

Usually the AD will reduce the discount % when they tied up with bank for promo.
