You can try: The Adelphi, 1 Coleman Street, Singapore 179803.
The building houses most Hi Fi shops including home theatre. The shops mostly open in the afternoon.

There is also Sim Lim Square.
Do your research first before going down so you know the approximate price of the product and not get quoted too high.

Funan centre next to adelphi. Good.
Never never go sim lim, too many scams n cons there. They cheat u after u hand over money and then add you nonsense
additional miscellaneous prices before you can collect your items.

I'm visiting Singapore on a holiday. Generally speaking, do prices match up more to USA online webstore prices or Brick and Mortar store?

I am not sure about the prices in the US but for tourist you can claim back your 7% Goods and Service Tax before you leave Singapore. If you have specific brand you are looking for maybe you can check the authorised dealer and email for quote otherwise i thinks Courts does advertise the prices online. cheers.
