            This is the funniest thing I have heard! He had the cheek to make such a "request"?
            Rubber pricing, then what next week he calls again and asks for another $500?
            Or why don't you call him the next day and ask for $300 saying the "market demand" is such as.
            Ignore him but if there are any more out of the world updates, share with us. :P This really made my day.

              Totally agreed with "just ignore his claims and move on"

              The sell transaction is done based on a price accepted by both parties. The boos is not happy with the price, is the problem of their own. nothing to do with you

                  No need to return like many bros said.

                  And usually pawn shop take in price is very low. They won't loose money.

                    I smell a scam somewhere, I think what you should do is to bring it up to the boss of the Pawnshop. Most likely a case of the guy trying to pull a fast one.

                    Bottom line, deal done. Don't make sense for any shop to tell their customers that.
