Where to authenticate pre-owned and BNIB watch from overseas AD

to authenticate Rolex is easy, just bring it to RSC

where do you bring non rolex watch for authentication?
brand such as IWC, Panerai, JLC, etc
i mentioned the above 3 because all of them are under Richemont and Richemont do not provide authentication service anymore ... so where do you go?
