In the early days, I was dipping with Seiko / Citizen quartz (batteries or solar). After I bought an Omega Speedmaster 1151, I knew more about mechanical watches and all hell broke loose That was partly I was curious why a watch can be so expensive. I should not have look further than I did.

My first watch was a swatch bought by my mum. I still keep that first small size swatch from over 20 years ago.

I have this watch collection thing in me since a very versatile age. Always frequenting Sungei Road or other old watchmakers to look or pick up some old timepieces.

When starting to work, i got my first pineapple boysize two-tone datejust with diamond dial with my 1st bonus.

I think the best watch investments is to be able to own your own Rolex watch.

I bought my first air king Rolex when I was studying in NTU. Then I read up the history behind air king and Rolex. And then I'm stuck to this brand haha. But I enjoy this hobby with air king been my first watch

First watch was a Titoni (it has been lost to history).

First memorable watch was a vintage Omega Constellation (it was re-sold, to my great regret).

First watch that lasted any length of time was, and still is, the Tag Hauer (a quartz which I bought in 1988).

First watch that started the great "Treasure Hunt" is the Rolex Oysterquartz.

but the first watch which really started my "poison" was when I bought an automatic 25hours watch
