for those whose avatar is not displaying.
try to check if the size is 100X100 pixels and less than 19.5kb.
if u are positive that they are within specifications.
then click on User CP. click on Edit Avatar. Select Do not use avatar option. log out your account and log back in. ensure that there is no avatar. then upload again.
after upload, logout and login again.
