Seoul - any lobang to buy watch new and used

hi,

going to seoul in april. definitely will check out Lotte and Hyundai department.
if the price is cheaper than singapore, is it a good buy?
if the savings is not more than $1,000+ then no point right?

any tips before buying? will not bring too much won, so if really pull the trigger probably using visa card (safe to use?)

also any 2nd watch shop worth a visit? thanks !

Traditionally Seoul is not exactly the palce for buying watches as there is a lot tax levied on imported luxury goods. You can try Rolex at Walker Hill Sheraton where there is rolex store. It is duty free and I think the range is much wider and the discounts or duty free will be the same as the Lottte or Hyundai dutyr free stores..
