Why do you want to be invisible on the forum?

I have noted that more and more sg-roc members choose to turn on the invisible mode to appear inactive on the forum when it is apparent from their frequent postings that they are logged on and active.

I cannot figure out why there is a need to be "invisible", and what there is to hide.

Can those of you who have the invisible mode switched on share your concern or thought?

Or members who aren't doing that want to make a guess or share your view?

If you see a green dot next to your nick in your post when you are logged on, you are visible. Which should be the case if you had not changed the setting.
