Not fair. I wish to come but due to other commitments cannot come and I live up to my words that I can't come and really didn't come. So can I be entitled to the draw?

ten10 said he had drafted many more designs of strap. He wished to make all of them but due to other commitments he couldn't make and he really didn't make.
