I think Mr Hiroki, it is not that your English is bad. You just have to keep what you want to say simple and short; straight to the point. No need to be fanciful (flowery). You can be fanciful when you intend to crack jokes or when you feel like being playful. But when you want to convey or send a message across to people, just be concise and keep your messages simple.

Try it. Slowly, you can improve.

i used to write composition like how Tan Ah Teck - "Önce upon a time, ....." then my English teacher taught me to KISS - Keep It Short Simple

previously, i had difficulties understanding what Hiroki message is. It took abit of time, effort and patience to read, think, digest to understand what he is trying to say. after that, it became easier.

after meeting him @ Darkangel's birthday gathering and communicating to him, i understand him perfectly with his spoken English. i then realize why it is hard for him to pen down his thoughts as English is not his primary language. he has a heart of gold if you know him personally. what he does puts me to shame because of the his sheer grit and determination and never give up attitude.

my shifu tells me, when you are too caught up with things, take a step back. take 10 deep breaths. then come back to where you left off. trust me, it is easier and you see things differently.
