tax (oops..) rather so that all us can PAY the appreciation fee.. hahaha

Honestly think will be hard to do unless we have mechinisms to log all sales and purchases like the Ebay sites and stuff...

Good efffort thou, but not sure how to ink out the details.. Sure you are not a running for candidate for the "MIW" or rateh "MIG" ?
    i can propose....

    base on asking price...
    less than $100 = free
    more than $100 = $8
    more than $500 = $10
    more than $1000 = $20
    more than $5000 = $50

    Wei...give chance leh... Iam just a newbie...:red:

I am only responsible to come out with the ideas not to execute so I can't be held responsible 20 years later. The current situaiton is due to the lack of vision in the past so it is also not my problem.

            Eh, unfair!!!

I'm only 18 ley, and walau clause number 5 is like targeting me like that

(P.S. I think other than my Rolex, all my other watches are bought with the money I earned LOL. But having said that, my dad still made me pay part of the damage for the Rolex HAHAHA)

You say you use money you earned so what is your problem? The rule never say you cannot buy with your money, although I very much suspect how you earned that much money.

If you still have problem, come to my meet-the-people session @ Newton Circus this Sat. No need to wear white.

HAHAHA bro chill la, just don't like people having this perception that young kids like to buy things using their parent's money (which unfortunately, exists in our society)

Well, during my O Level Break, I did a part time job with a pretty good pay. Then made a few small investments on watches and other items, and flipped them with a decent profit. Also, I'm pretty thrifty so I didn't buy stuffs that I don't need or stuffs that I can't make money on. That's my method, if you want to know

Very good. You are our future. But then, if you want to be the leaders, you better change to Casio.

We aren't making that the theme this time, but you are welcome to show up in green. Just don't bother about the green cap/hat.

                              1. Sellers who sell more than one watch within a period of 3 months, must pay to the forum an Appreciation Fee equivalent to 2% of the deal price or asking price, whichever is higher, on the 2nd watch sold and onward.

                              2. Buyers who buy more than one watch within a period of 3 months, must pay to the forum an Appreciation Fee equivalent to 2% of the deal price, on the 2nd watch bought and onward.

                              3. Buyers are not allowed to make any offer that is less than 20% of the asking price.

                              4. Sellers who sell watches purchased from overseas AD must pay to the forum a fee equivalent to 1% of the deal price. This fee is called the SGST Fee (Siam GST Fee).

                              5. Buyers from the age of 21 onward are not allowed to use money of his/her father or mother for purchase of watches, other than his own hard earned money. Buyers below the age of 21 may borrow money from his/her father or mother for purchase of watches, up to 80% of the deal price. The money borrowed must be returned to the parents within 6 months from the date the buyer starts to be gainfully employed.

All fees collected will be used for rewarding the hard working moderators and for organizing gatherings.
Sound like our ruling party the PAP...pay n pay tax types of cooling measures..haha
