Cooling Measure
Following the recently announced 2013 Budget, and in order to maintain the prices at an attractive level for the benefit of watch lovers in SG-ROC, I hereby recommend the following cooling measures for the consideration of the forum owner:
1. Sellers/buyers who sell/buy more than one watch within a period of 3 months, must each pay to the forum an Appreciation Fee equivalent to 2% of the deal price, from the 2nd watch sold/bought and onward.
2. Sellers who sell watches purchased from overseas AD must pay to the forum a fee equivalent to 1% of the deal price. This fee is called the SGST Fee (Siam GST Fee).
3. Buyers are not allowed to use money of his/her father or mother for purchase of watches, other than his own hard earned money.
All fees collected will be used for rewarding the hard working moderators and for organizing gatherings.
