Do you adjust your watch timing a few mins faster/slower?

Actually it voice down to habit.....I do adjust my watches +5mins but I always keep to my wristwatch timing......people do tell me what most have mentioned.........in fact I m always +5 mins early......he he heir not on the dot for appointments/ meetings..... He he he......perhaps it's just the kiasu side of me.....
