The straps on both the 3717 & the laco are from rios. Available at gnomon. Less than $100.

But I'm not a fan of riveted pilot straps. And furthermore, it's a straight 22mm. I prefer tapered straps for such classic looking watches.
The 3717 is a 21mm not easy to find straps but managed to get from gnomon for a damn good price.
The laco Kiel is a 22mm.
