Normally they will give you the Std discount in additional to the rebate...at least that was what i got from ocbc last yr

I called up and ask. Yes it's std in-house discount with 10% rebate from the bank.

E.G . Retail Price 8,000.
in-house discount 10% = > $8,000 => $7,200
10% bank rebate => $7,200 * 0.9 => $6,480.
