My bro and sis in law bought their Pam and IWC from watcharena. They are similar to grey dealers. Prices wise will be lower than local ADs. You may wish to call first for stock availability.

Watch Arena Jurong west branch provide good and friendly service depsite i'm not wearing any watch and walk in with very casual clothing. You can visit their website for stock availability too.

Might as well buy in ROC.

If brand new with box and papers, yes there's not much difference. For used and out of warranty sets some shops provide some in house warranty so that's a minor plus point.

personally I have not bought from watch arena but my friend did & he has no complaints... they do provide good service i was told
