Where can I buy a Asian clone of eta 2824 or the gen 2824 in Singapore?

Hi, I need to find either Asian clone or gen eta 2824. Any ideas which shop selling in Singapore? eBay and cousinsuk sells the clone but their price is expensive especially cousinsuk is almost near a gen eta price! I'm askin clone because eta movement is hard to find as eta state that they don't supply their movement to other manufacturer other than those company whom in the swatch group? I heard something like that from a friend of mine. Thanks
