Being a Parent volunteer, clocking hour is one thing... if you are a PV, you still need to stay within 1km to stand the highest chance, then 1.5km + being a PV, and then 2km + being a PV.

Actually darkie you are wrong. A certain L** family had to ballot to get their youngest who is now in Sec 2 into one of the premier primary schools. I guess they wanted to show that they did not need preferential treatment.

For show 1 la hahaha...for all you know...the ticket or number of that person is in the person taking the ticket's hand...then he pretend to stir stir stir and out comes the name.
