There's one watch and pen shop on peninsular plaza or shopping centre(the one with Bata) can't remember. Got a nice collection of fountain pens. Level one.

Yup Bee Kah also a good place to get. Last time I got 25%. But only leather products and pens. No watches. Level 2 People's park complex.
