    Hm...this is ROC forum right?
How come no one mentioned "A crown for every achievement"?
A slogan like this seems to be successful in moving watch sales. :-P

Loved this tagline. Always appear in International magazines, with sports celebrities such as Roger Federer, the best ever tennis player to grace this world.

Just saw a PP ad with new slogan: Something truly precious holds its beauty forever.

Not too bad, and is consistent with their past campaigns.

The "Begin your own tradition" is still here on the same ad below the brand name, so I think that is (or has become) the brand slogan.

Just saw this on their Webpage

            ROLEX Slogan:
It doesn't just tell time. It tells history....

"He could not just wear a watch. It had to be a Rolex." Ian Fleming, Casino Royale (1953)

Off topic but dunno about you. I was very keen on the breitling unitimer until Beckham modeled it.
He should stay with modeling underwear ; kind of turn me off.

That's the pros & cons of using celebrity to sell a product. It may appeal to some while people who dislike the character will snub it. David Beckham is still a much better choice than Dicky Cheung imo.

Not really OT, but I appreciate that you are mindful of it.

Yeah dicky is botak. But read somewhere the Maurice Lacroix brand is named after one of its employees because they cant think of a better name and it suppose to sound cool. That sort of history don't appeal to me too much. And AP oak is named after some boat but at least some of their watches are looking nicer but too expensive

AP's slogan is pretty good too...
"Oh enjoying the thrill of the chase is fine. Craving the distraction of the game, I sympathize entirely. But sentiment, sentiment is a chemical defect found in the losing side."
