Our country is a multi racial citizen country, our peace n harmony with each other is base on tolerance, understandings of each other cultures n religions.
Our government are doing a good job to hold this equalities.

We cannot allow an individual own perception to harm and create disorder n fights.
Freedom of speech is not equivalent to attacking others.

Already many precedence on Facebook by some ppl who use internet to voice their personal views and agenda.
Posting this thread serves as a reminder to all to be responsible in their speeches rather than disgrace this lady further.

Posting criticism to other races is bad enough, using bad mouth vulgars is really unforgiveable.

Let's all do our part as a good citizen, no wars, no terrorist attacks, no strikes.

Nowadays, almost everyone is a manager, a vice president or director etc.. high sounding corporate titles to make the employees feel good. But many are actually immature and have hardly any EQ. Some dont even have any subordinates reporting to them.

Thats how we can have a DIRECTOR of an organisation that promotes harmonious industrial relationship, saying such moronic stuff. And NTUC is paying the price now. Bcos of her so 'senior' position, it has a huge impact on its reputation and they have no choice but to sack her immediately. If she's just an officer, she could have been let off with a warning.
