I went to a particular forum and found this listing which listed this watch condition as 10 (Brand New)

To me, brand new means unworn or at best just been on the wrist for resize. I accept.

But the watch looks worn and polish. Look @ the gaps of the bracelet link. Look @ the markers, it looks like it is patina but to me it looks 'burnt'. I am not sure if such condition watch can be rated as 10 (Brand New)

I went through most of the listings, it is either 9 or 10 for this seller watch.

Based on the provided pictures, would you as a customer accept that this watch condition should be rated as 10 (brand new)?

Picture looks familar, forum u went look familiar too.

Hahaa...anyway maybe seller click wrongly? This is a preowned watch, while condition maybe good. The rating defines 10/10 as BRAND NEW, so...you decide.

I sincerely hope that it is click wrongly. But I doubt it is. Every single watch listed by the seller is rated 9 or 10. Other watches listed by other sellers also rated 9? The fact that if not all of the watches, every single watch on sale has a rating of 9. Even if you go to pre own shop, where to see more than 80% of the watches (different brands) on sale are rated as 9 or 10. Maybe for certain brands, but not at least 3 different brands.

Come on, they may be able to convince people who are not equipped with sufficient knowledge on watches. But to season buyers, clearly how can you say it is a 10 rating.

If the sellers who post it themselves, I don't believe all dare to rate it as 9 out of 10 out of all the listed watches. I would prefer to give the sellers a benefit of doubt after all some of them have physical shops.

If it is not the work of the sellers, then it must be the work of the invisible hands of the garage ad site.

        different people interpret numbers differently
what appears as a 9/10 to one may appear as a 8/10 to another
numbers are rough guidelines at best
important is to view the actual watch yourself and decide

You have miss the whole point. You need to read all my previous posts properly especially with the one in concern where it is rated as 10 (Brand New). Brand New to describe the watch in concern is totally off

Yes i agree that the seller might misrepresent his watch as Brand new. But what can we do if he want to do that? As a season buyer, just ignore him lo and beware. We can't do anything to stop him.
