DS Suntec 16.5 - no stock + sh*t attitude
LC Peninsula 15.5 - no stock + yucky attitude

Pre-owned
P*ss**n Funan - 15.5 - Aug-08 (website quoted 13.8 for a few days, then 'Sold')
Shop in Peninsula - 15.5 (a few years old)
Shop in People's Park - 14.5 (a few years old)

So its 'Buyers Beware'!!!

DS Suntec - heard from this forum 14 & in stock...walk in & asked..."no stock" & silence. I had to prompt..."so when will you have stocks & how much are you selling...". But still same attitude...dun even feel they are trying to sell.


LC Peninsula - walked in during their lunch, apologised for disturbing their lunch. Stood at Rolex section, they quickly came; but once I asked "Daytona", immediately their face changed & with lunch still in her mouth..."no stock" I dunno how to describe, but their attitude & tone of voice just changed....

At THG, at least they try to ask for your contact...& they did follow-up call

I'm wondering is "no stock" the de rigour sales talk for the Daytona model ?

Wah Liao...pay this kind of price still must c their faces

Actually, there's no right or wrong in business, pricing is based on Willing Seller & Buyer.

To me, It's OK to be a Shrew business person, However, if such unjust practise is being committed, it would be disasterious for the reputation of the said company. Then factor of "Con" would be effected. (imagine if victim is our close ones!!) Never forget the power of Modern World Internet.
