    With the kids and wife back in Perth for an extended period. I finally took the liberty to unpack some old old old carton boxes (from house moving) which had been sitting in my storeroom for ages.

    Came across this......




    So what was HOT back in 2002..... Prices if any in USD......












    I wonder how many of us still own any of those watches featured above from 10 years back... LOL

    my friend still has his IWC mark XV, met him last week for dinner and he was wearing it.

      Wah.... U go back even longer man! 1990 was 22 years!!

      If i remember correctly, i bgt a quartz Tag Heuer Series 2000 or something in 1990. But now misplaced... lol

        it is my first rolex. will keep it.

        tag heuer? couple of years back, i just sent my tag heuer formula one quartz for full overhaul.

          I was in secondary school that time. Imagine if I had the money, I would go for AP ROO! Now it's ridiculously priced!

            10 years and how expensive things have gotten.

            AP ROO Rubberclad in 2002 was listed as $14k+ USD NEW

            AP ROO Rubberclad in 2012 is now averagely priced @ $14k+ USD USED

            Pam 176 in 2002 was listed as $3250 USD NEW

            Pam 176 in 2012 is now averaging $4000 USD USED

            I vaguely remember a 16610 new was about SGD$6000 in 2002. Guess thats the price you pay for a used one now.

              The Pam 98 was at USD$5k back then.
              but exchange rate was not like today.
