High-End Watches on MRT?

I was at Hougang mall Challenger and saw 2 salesman wearing Marina Military.

I travel on MRT whenever I need to get into town. Yesterday was on a Pam 190 on the train. Saw a few Submariners too.

oh, salesman wearing branded watch is getting common.
on average, they earn 4-5k, on good times >10k.
i noe of a salesman earn 20-30k last time.

i got a boss who own several private properties... amount he earn plus the amount of asset he has can easily afford to retire and owning a car... but he choose to train and walk where ever he goes... well he could be one of those wearing ap in a train

i love cars and i love driving... but 60k for a coe? i rather spend it on my watches

i saw almost all Audio hse sales men wear rolex subs at the IT show last sat... realized that the last time i was at their liang court store. Rolex sub/daytonas seem like their "standard" time keepers..

Many people tend to associate expensive watches with cars. Indeed, having both is the best combi. But having just one, doesn't make you worse off. You are one step ahead of many people. Hurray~

Well, now i would be wearing not 1 but my 2 rollies (on an alternating basis of course) on MRT lor, so no big deal actually. In fact, i've seen ppl with rollies taking MRT b4, most recently a lady (lau chio) wearing a DD?
