I'm a right hander, i remember when I was really small (primary school), i use to wear my watches on my right.
but switch to left hand after someone told me right hander wear on the left, and yes... it feels more comfortable wear on the left.

Wearing on left hand is more natural for right handers because we normally rest our right wrist when writing or using a mouse more than resting a left hand. Same goes to movement, more movement will be on main hand such as reaching to get something, opening doors and more so it doesn't "get in the way".

        right hand so that
        1. can put on the side of car window to show or people can peer in and see
        2. people can see when u shake hands with them
        3. people can see when u make presentations and gesticulate with ur master hand (m right handed)
        4. right hand bigger than left so can fit larger dials on the right (m right handed)

I m left handed, i wear watches on left hand.
I tried wearing right hand but seems something not right.

I do think the main reason most people wears on the left is because the crown is on the right side facing out so you can operate the chrono or do adjustments with your right hand fingers
