Found a good, cheap and safe solutions bro and sisters ! Lets us all ( 7000 members ) crack our head a little and i am sure we will have a perfect solution.

got one suggestion on venue.. but maybe a bit "cheapo" to some.. we can also booked Community Centre/Clubs entire badminton hall... for say..6 hours... can cater buffet or something also can... will be alot cheaper... but of course not that high end... can find some halls which are air-con too...

Actually there is similar group outing of a group of watch enthusiastic who gathers twice per mth .

They will meet and showcase watches they wanna sell and list a bottom price for it . After which every bidder will write a bid price wif name and sign and pass to seller . It's a close bidding session and there will be no outbidding of one another and no hard feelings during the bidding as nobody except the seller will know the final price . Actual transaction can be few days later with full set of accessories and cod or on the spot if u bring many $$$

If i free i will go molest those watches which includes roger dubuis excaliber/de witt/Vacheron constantin royal eagle/ AP and many more .
