Hi everyone, help needed here!

I have a very old tagheuer that has many scratches on the AR, it does not have any warranty left and for some reason they do not accept my watch for repair, i have had a crystal removed and now I need to know a place to re-coat my crystal with AR!
Is there anywhere in singapore that does that?
