Came across this old news by HDB on Singaporean inheriting foreign properties out of bequests:

from my interpretation, above news affect HDB (buying new/resale) buyer.

but what if not buying HDB, any impact or declaration needs to be made if inheriting foreign properties out of bequests?

any kind soul can give input or lead on which agency to approach?
